THE GRAND DELUSION by Heath Sommer

Mysterious phone calls to a local sheriff, a troubled boy with an unusual proposition for a prostitute and some college kids with their own internal issues all intertwine in a fascinating story of psychological intrigue.

Well I must say, after his last book ‘The Manufactured Identity’ captured my attention in 2008, I was really looking forward to another book from this author. ‘The Grand Delusion’ did not disappoint. From the beginning to the end, hints are given and then taken away. I really like not being able to predict the ending halfway into a book. Like every great mystery novel, ‘The Grand Delusion’ keeps you guessing.

I highly recommend this book and will keep a lookout for more from this author.
